Rose & Key Collection™ ("Rose & Key", "we", "us") operates the website roseandkeycollection.com (the "website"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit it or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and the message you write. The form sends this to our inbox so we can reply. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We also use these analytics services to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it:
- Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) measures visits, pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Google's privacy policy explains how Google handles this data, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) as heatmaps and session replays. By default Clarity masks sensitive information, such as what you type into form fields. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement and what Clarity collects.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies and similar technologies to recognise returning visitors and measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work without them.
Booking through our property managers
Our homes are managed by professional property management companies. When you choose Reserve Your Stay, you leave this website for the manager's own booking site: TPG Vacation Rentals for our Florida homes and House & Home Vacations for our Arizona home. Reservations, payments and the personal information you give during booking are handled by that company under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website (our web host, email provider and the analytics services above), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and guests. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and handle any resulting stay, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by emailing hello@roseandkeycollection.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
